Joshua Brown is an independent producer working with production companies and broadcasters worldwide.

He began his career as a journalist in Sri Lanka, reporting on the complex aftermath of the civil war. His compelling work contributed to the Emmy-nominated documentary No Fire Zone, which marked the beginning of his journey into filmmaking.

More recently, Joshua founded Lorenz Films, a production company currently developing its first feature, LFD - Hope, the film follows five men navigating grief, isolation, and longing. Through intimate, symbolic encounters, their lives mirror one another as the city bears silent witness to pain, confession, and the quiet emergence of hope. The film is set for release in 2026.

Joshua continues to work as an independent producer and executive producer for broadcasters including Channel 4, BBC Films, and WaterBear, as well as on commercial projects for brands such as Nike, Adidas, Google, and Ryder Cup.
